On the third time the child will be put on timeout, to stand quietly to one side.

The length of time depends on the child's age. One minute per year of age.

E.g. 7 years of age, 7 minutes of timeout.

Certain behaviour will earn timeout immediately. (Hitting for example)

Club na bPáistí is an Irish language tuition club. Taking the child's Irish speaking ability into account, the child will be speaking Irish all the time.

If a child continuously speaks English the child will be put on timeout. From 10 seconds to 1 minute. Length of timeout is age dependant.

If a child is continuously found not to be complying with the code of behaviour and being disruptive then the parents will be notified officially.

If this happens twice again then the child will not be allowed to attend the club any longer.
